I was fortunate enough to travel to Varadero at the beginning of May. This was my first trip ever to Cuba and I was very excited to be going but was curious about how much rain we would experience due to it being rainy season.

The days were stunning and beautiful! Every day was nice with a bit of a breeze which kept it from feeling too hot.

Some evenings did get rain but it did not last long and made every thing feel fresh and clean. Mother Nature did not disappoint and provided some of her own entertainment!

I really enjoyed my trip (also knowing I had my Manulife Premium Protection Plan in place just in case.....) and was sad to head home after a week of vacation during the rainy season.
